How it works:
 

Step 1: Tractor trailer driver opens the Enervate mobile app and scans the QR code on the trailer to identify the unit being loaded or unloaded.
 

Step 2: Driver scans the QR code at the hose pole to link the trailer to the specific fill or decant connection point.
 

Step 3: The app automatically captures load start time, site location, and trailer details — creating a digital BOL ticket in real time.
 

Step 4: Once the load or unload is complete, the driver closes out the ticket in the app, recording end time, pressures, temperatures, and total SCF.
 

Step 5: The completed digital BOL is instantly available on the Enervate web dashboard, where dispatch or management can monitor active loads and review ticket status across all sites.
 

Step 6: Accounting and operations teams approve, flag, or audit BOLs from the dashboard — with full search, filtering, and reporting built in.
